Three years ago, Mariah got her tonsils out, and Ambria is about to follow in her sister's footsteps. We found out this week that Ambria has to have her tonsils and adenoids out on June 9. Mariah's recovery was not pleasant, so our hopes aren't high for Ambria's recovery, but maybe she will surprise us (I know each kid is different). The surgery worked wonders for Mariah and she is able to breath better, so that is the goal for Ambria as well. If you remember, say a little prayer for Ambria on June 9.

I sure will be praying for her. I had mine out when I was 4 and I still remember it very well. Not a pleasant experience for anyone :(

aww, sorry to hear that Ambria has to go through that. We will be praying for her to have a safe surgery and a quick recovery.
:( It's no fun to see your baby get 'bugged' by doctors, even when you know that what they're doing is needed and helpful!
When I was little I got my adenoids out and recovered really well (I'm told)..so I'll be praying it's even easier on her.
